Flexible ABA Jobs — Your Schedule. Your Availability. A Job That Fits Your Life.

Are you in school? Working another job? Looking for meaningful work that fits around your existing commitments?

At United Care ABA, we understand that life is busy. Whether you're a college student, balancing another job, managing family responsibilities, or simply looking for flexible, rewarding work, we have opportunities that can fit your schedule.

We're hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to work one-on-one with children with autism, helping them build important life skills, develop independence, and reach their potential.

You don't need to have worked in ABA before. If you enjoy working with children, have patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to make a difference, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Why United Care ABA?

We believe your job should work with your life—not the other way around.

We know everyone has different commitments, and we're looking for individuals who want meaningful, consistent work without sacrificing everything else on their calendar.

Here's what makes this opportunity different:

  • In School? Build a work schedule around your classes and academic commitments.

  • Already Have a Job? Looking for additional income? Find hours that complement your existing work schedule.

  • Have Family Responsibilities? Share your availability so we can explore opportunities that fit your routine.

  • Looking for Consistent Hours? Once you're matched with a client, you'll have a set, recurring schedule you can plan around.

  • Enjoy Working with Children? Turn your patience, compassion, and enthusiasm into meaningful work that makes a difference.

  • New to ABA? No problem! We provide training and clinical support to help you feel prepared and confident in your role.

We work with your availability to find a consistent schedule that works for you and the families we serve.

What We Offer to Behavior Technicians (BT):

  • Flexible Scheduling: Part-time and full-time opportunities based on your availability and available client schedules.

  • Consistent, Recurring Hours: Once you're matched with a client, you'll have an agreed-upon schedule, allowing you to plan school, work, and personal commitments.

  • Competitive Compensation: $20–$22+ per hour based on experience and qualifications.

  • Meaningful One-on-One Work: Build relationships with children and help them develop essential everyday skills.

  • Training Provided: Learn the fundamentals of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and how to support children with autism.

  • Clinical Support: Work under the guidance of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

  • Supportive Work Environment: Clear expectations, responsive communication, and an operations team available to assist you.

  • Paid Time Off and Benefits: Available for eligible full-time positions.

What We're Looking For in a Behavior Technician (BT):

Do any of these sound like you?

  • You're a college student looking for work that fits around your classes.

  • You already have a job and want additional hours and income.

  • You've worked with children through babysitting, childcare, tutoring, schools, camps, or other settings.

  • You have experience supporting individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, special needs, or other behavioral challenges.

  • You've worked with adults with disabilities, dementia, or other conditions requiring patience, behavioral support, and compassionate care.

  • You're dependable, patient, caring, and comfortable working one-on-one with children.

  • You're looking for work that's more than just a paycheck—something where you can genuinely make a difference.

Prior ABA experience is not required. Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is a plus, but what matters most is your reliability, willingness to learn, and genuine interest in helping children succeed.

Behavior Technician (BT) Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct, one-on-one ABA services to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA.

  • Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and everyday living skills.

  • Follow individualized treatment plans and strategies provided by the clinical team.

  • Encourage positive behaviors and support children as they learn new skills.

  • Collect and document information about each child's progress.

  • Communicate with your supervising BCBA and participate in required training.

  • Maintain a reliable, consistent schedule with the children and families you support.

  • Create a positive, safe, and encouraging environment for learning.

Why You Should Join Us:

You shouldn't have to choose between earning an income, keeping your current commitments, and doing work that matters.

At United Care ABA, we're looking for people who want to make a difference in children's lives while maintaining a schedule that works for them.

Whether you have a few hours available in the afternoon or evenings M-F or weekends, and are looking for consistent work, that gives you the flexibility to do other things, we'll work to match your availability with families who need support.

The flexibility is in finding the right schedule. The commitment is in showing up consistently for the children who depend on you.

If you enjoy working with children, are dependable, and want to turn your available hours into something meaningful, we'd love to hear from you.

Ready to take the next step?

Your schedule. Your commitment. Your opportunity to make a difference.
