What You’ll Do:

· Drive high-volume recruitment for essential developmental providers: OTs, Speech Therapists, PTs, Social Workers, and SIETS.

· Partner with regional teams to understand caseload demands and hit aggressive hiring targets for mandated programs.

· Tap into your creative sourcing skills to find and engage passive candidates.

· Represent All About Kids at local and regional career fairs and networking events.

· Manage the full recruiting lifecycle efficiently using tools like Indeed and Apploi.

What We’re Looking For:

· Experience managing high-volume recruitment (healthcare, therapy, or staffing industry background is a major plus!).

· Proficiency with Indeed and Apploi applicant platforms.

· A self-starter who loves working independently, owns their metrics, and delivers results.

· A natural relationship builder with a positive, high-energy, "can-do" attitude that meshes well with a team-oriented culture.
