Job Summary:

Aspire Senior Living Joplin is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Joplin, Missouri. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the care and well-being of our residents. Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of nurses and caregivers, ensuring that the highest standards of care are being delivered to our residents

• Coordinate care plans and develop individualized care strategies for residents, in collaboration with the healthcare team

• Monitor resident progress, identifying and addressing any changes or concerns

• Provide regular feedback and coaching to nursing staff, promoting continuous learning and growth

• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives, evaluating and improving care processes and outcomes
