Arcadia New England Home Care is seeking an experienced Office Manager or an individual with prior healthcare scheduling or management experience to oversea the the day-to-day operations of its home healthcare operations in Athol/Orange, Massachusetts. Room for future growth into the manager role.

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling

• Quality assurance and compliance

• Managing field staff

• Communicating with clients and case managers

• Travel for case opens and staff supervisory visits

• Recruiting

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM in an office (not remote)

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years home healthcare industry (or related medical field) experience in an administrative or operations capacity

• Good communicator with a professional demeanor

• Strong technology and software skills

• Leadership qualities with confidence in managing people

• A growth and business mindset

• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and current auto insurance
