12hrs +Rotating Weekends

Full-Time Day (7am-7pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and managing medical conditions

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal care and service

Requirements:

• Current and good standing Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Missouri

• Experience/skills working in a long-term care/senior living or related field preferred

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients, as well as stand for extended periods
