About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team. As a valued member of our team, Registered Nurse (RN) will provide exceptional nursing care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Your Registered Nurse (RN) expertise will help us achieve our goal of delivering the highest quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed

• Develop and implement individualized care plans, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, ensuring timely communication with physicians and other team members

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
