We're currently seeking caring, reliable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team serving Franklin, VA 23851 and surrounding communities.

About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy services to children in home, school, daycare, and community settings. Working under the supervision of a BCBA, you'll help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills that increase independence and improve quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in home, school, daycare, and community environments

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect and document client data accurately during therapy sessions

• Support skill acquisition and behavior-reduction goals

• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and clinical supervisors to promote client success

• Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment

• Encourage independence, communication, and confidence through evidence-based interventions

Pay Rate: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain certification

• High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred

• Experience working with children or ABA therapy is helpful but not required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to pass all required background checks

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the local service area

• Positive attitude and passion for helping children reach their full potential
