As our Director of Human Resources, you will:
Oversee Human Resources operations for the community
Partner with the recruiting team to coordinate interviews and support hiring
Lead the onboarding process and organize new-hire orientations
Review payroll on a bi-weekly basis and help ensure accurate employee records
Maintain and update personnel policies and procedures as needed
Support and evaluate annual performance reviews
Partner with leadership to address employee relations and HR needs
Help foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
Perform additional HR responsibilities as needed
Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous Human Resources leadership experience
UKG experience required
Previous experience as an HR Director in a long-term care or healthcare setting is preferred, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to build positive relationships with employees and leadership
A hands-on, solutions-oriented approach to Human Resources
