As a Physical Therapist at Colonial Manor, you will play a crucial role in helping our residents regain strength, mobility, and independence through personalized therapy plans. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical disabilities or injuries, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and range of motion

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals

• Conduct physical therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions

• Monitor patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document results

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
