What you’ll do:

• Provide skilled nursing care and medication administration

• Complete assessments, documentation, and resident care plans

• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and the care team

• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs

• Help maintain a positive, team-focused environment

What we’re looking for:

• Current Ohio RN license

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
