Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight of daily skilled nursing facility operations

• Partner with clinical and department leaders to ensure exceptional resident care

• Maintain compliance with applicable state and federal regulations

• Develop, support, and retain a strong facility leadership team

• Promote a positive culture for residents, families, and employees

Qualifications for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA):

• Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required

• Previous experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Knowledge of skilled nursing facility operations and regulatory requirements

• Ability to lead teams and build a positive, results-focused culture
