Job Summary

Warsaw Meadows Care Center is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Shower Aide to join our dedicated team. As a Shower Aide, you will play an important role in supporting the physical and emotional well-being of our residents by assisting with bathing, showering, grooming, and other activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, showering, and grooming while ensuring their safety, dignity, and privacy

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a positive and caring environment

• Maintain a clean and safe environment while adhering to infection control protocols

• Collaborate with other care team members to support individualized resident care plans

• Participate in resident assessments and evaluations and report changes or concerns to the care team

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care activities

Requirements

• Must be a licensed CNA in the State of Indiana

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents safely

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Compassionate approach to caring for seniors

• Commitment to maintaining resident dignity, privacy, and comfort
