Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of our inpatient unit, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care

• Lead and develop a team of LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care

• Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

• Manage medication administration, treatments, and other medical interventions

• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
