Mount Carmel Senior Living Community is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team! What You'll Be Doing

• Evaluate residents and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy to improve strength, balance, mobility, and overall function
• Track progress and celebrate resident achievements along the way
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team
• Educate residents and families on exercises, safety, and mobility strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

What We're Looking For

• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Current BLS certification
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care
• SNF/LTC or rehabilitation experience preferred
• A positive attitude and a team-player mindset
