Mount Carmel Senior Living Community is looking for a motivated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team for temporary maternity leave coverage!

We're offering 4–6 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from mid-October through mid-January. Whether you're looking to supplement your current schedule or simply enjoy a few extra hours doing what you love, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide hands-on occupational therapy treatments under established plans of care
• Help residents improve independence with daily activities, mobility, and functional skills
• Work alongside the Occupational Therapist to support individualized treatment goals
• Monitor progress and celebrate residents' achievements
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely therapy documentation

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active Pennsylvania COTA license in good standing
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A positive attitude and passion for helping others
• SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required
• A dependable, team-oriented professional who enjoys making a difference
