Renewal Memory Partners is urgently seeking a reliable, compassionate, and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide exceptional care and support to a client living with dementia/Alzheimer’s disease.
Pay: $22–$25/hour
NYC — Manhattan, Bronx & Brooklyn
Flexible availability Monday–Sunday preferred

QUALIFICATIONS
Valid New York State HHA Certificate
Experienced with bed-bound or wheelchair-bound clients
Skilled in client transfers and mobility assistance
Hoyer lift experience strongly preferred
Dementia or Alzheimer’s care experience preferred
Patient, kind, and empathetic
Reliable, professional, and flexible
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
