About the Role:
As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Providing quality nursing care to Residents in a safe and clean environment

• Supervising and guiding Certified Nurse Aides and other personnel on your shift

• Ensuring accurate and timely administration of medications and treatments

• Documenting care provided and maintaining strict confidentiality

• Assisting with new admissions, readmissions, and transfers of Residents

• Communicating effectively with Residents, families, and colleagues

• Participating in departmental meetings and in-services

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program

• Current State License as a Registered Nurse (RN)

• CPR Certified

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year experience as a nurse in a long-term care setting
