Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assisting with meals and other daily living activities

• Assist with vital signs, blood pressure checks, and other clinical tasks as needed

• Develop and maintain a positive and respectful attitude, promoting a sense of well-being and dignity for all residents

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Perform other duties as assigned, including reporting concerns and incidents to nursing staff and management
