Complete Care at Madison is hiring a friendly, compassionate, and energetic Activity Aide to join our team. If you enjoy working with seniors and creating meaningful experiences, this is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

As an Activity Aide, you’ll help plan and facilitate engaging recreational activities, social events, games, entertainment, and one-on-one activities that promote socialization, independence, and quality of life.

No long-term care experience required—we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, creativity, and genuine desire to make a difference.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with planning and leading recreational and therapeutic activities

• Lead and assist with group activities, games, entertainment, crafts, and special events

• Provide meaningful one-on-one engagement for residents

• Encourage residents to participate while respecting individual interests and abilities

• Help create a fun, welcoming, and inclusive environment

• Monitor resident participation and report concerns to the appropriate team members

• Maintain accurate activity attendance and participation records

• Help decorate the community for holidays, seasons, and special events

• Work closely with the Director of Activities, nursing team, and other staff

• Support activities that promote resident socialization, engagement, and quality of life

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience working with seniors is a plus, but not required

• Previous experience in activities, recreation, hospitality, customer service, education, or healthcare is a plus

• Creative, outgoing, dependable, and compassionate personality

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Basic computer skills

• Patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm

• A genuine interest in working with and supporting older adults

Schedule

Full-time and part-time positions available

Must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday.
