About the Role:

As a Homecare Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Managing medication schedules and providing medication reminders

• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Encouraging independence and promoting a positive attitude

• Maintaining accurate records of patient care and reporting any changes in condition to our care team

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting (home care, hospice, or long-term care)

• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
