Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and Care Pavilion's vision and mission

• Provide guidance and oversight to our nursing staff, ensuring that they are adequately trained and equipped to provide exceptional care to our residents and patients

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure that our clinical outcomes meet and exceed industry standards

• Coordinate with other departments, including therapy, social services, and dietary, to ensure seamless communication and care delivery

• Conduct regular rounds to observe and evaluate the quality of care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed

• Develop and maintain relationships with local hospitals and healthcare providers to ensure that we are providing optimal care and services to our patients

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field

• At least [2] years of experience in a nursing leadership role

• Valid nursing license in the state of Pennsylvania

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
