As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you'll play a vital role in designing and delivering customized therapy programs that empower individuals to regain their independence and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Occupational Therapist in designing and delivering customized therapy programs, tracking progress, reporting findings, and adjusting plans
• Educate residents and make therapy engaging and enjoyable
• Maintain high standards of safety and infection control
• Spread positivity and kindness while making a meaningful impact on our residents' lives

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• A heart full of compassion, a brain full of knowledge, and hands ready to help
• Bonus points if you've got a year of experience!
