About the Role:

As a Light Housekeeping and Companion HHA, you will provide personalized support to our clients, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship. Your duties will include:

• Light Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean and organized living environment for our clients, including laundry, dishwashing, and tidying up living spaces.
• Companionship: Engaging in conversations, playing games, and participating in activities with our clients to promote socialization and a sense of connection.
• Meal Preparation: Preparing simple meals and snacks for our clients, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
• Personal Care: Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care and support to our clients, promoting their independence and overall well-being.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided.
• Collaborate with other care professionals to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive care.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure open lines of communication.

Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 1 year of experience in healthcare, preferably in a home care setting.

• Location: Reliable transportation to a client in the Goodyear, AZ area
• Certifications: Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire date.
