About the Role:

As a Patient Care Assistant, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing medication reminders and assistance with medications
• Preparing meals and snacks
• Assisting with mobility and transfers
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment
• Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers

Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Assist with daily living activities, provide medication reminders, and deliver personalized care to our clients.

• Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.

• Housekeeping: Maintain a safe and clean environment for our clients.

• Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming.

• Mobility and Transfers: Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.

Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Experience: 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field

• Work Schedule: Part-time and full-time schedules available
