About the Role:

As a Light Housekeeping and Companion HHA, you will provide daily living support to our clients in Chandler, AZ, including light housekeeping, companionship, and personal care services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily living tasks, such as laundry, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
• Providing companionship and social support to help reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation
• Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintaining a clean and safe living environment
• Monitoring and reporting any changes in the client's condition or needs

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of experience in a similar role (e/any, housekeeping, or patient care)
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform tasks that require bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
