Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Companion to join our team at Upscale Home Care, serving Avondale, AZ. As a Senior Companion, you will provide personalized support and care to our veterans and seniors in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one companionship and support to our clients, including socializing, emotional support, and light housekeeping

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication reminders

• Help our clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed

• Prepare meals and snacks, as well as assist with feeding

• Provide transportation to appointments and errands as required

• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided

• Collaborate with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans

• Ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our clients

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in the home care industry or a related field

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to care

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
