Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive activities program that promotes socialization, entertainment, and mental and physical stimulation for residents

• Conduct resident interviews to identify interests, preferences, and needs, and use this information to tailor activities to individual residents

• Design and lead activities such as arts and crafts, games, exercise classes, and social events

• Collaborate with other departments, such as dietary and therapy, to incorporate activities into the resident's daily routine

• Recruit and supervise volunteers and assist with training and orientation

• Monitor and report on resident participation and feedback

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in activities programming
