As an LPN or RN, you will play an important role in providing quality nursing care, supporting residents, supervising nursing staff, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote positive outcomes and quality of life.

Nursing Responsibilities

As an LPN or RN, you will provide direct nursing care and clinical support while ensuring compliance with facility policies, healthcare regulations, and professional nursing standards.

Key Duties Include:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans

  • Supervise and coordinate resident care with CNAs and other nursing staff

  • Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions

  • Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate healthcare team members

  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Assist with admissions, discharges, assessments, and care planning

  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Provide guidance, support, and clinical direction to nursing staff

  • Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life

  • Maintain professional nursing standards and infection prevention practices

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team

Qualifications

Required:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program

  • Current and active LPN or RN license in the State of Montana

  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment

  • Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care

Preferred:

  • Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, post-acute care, assisted living, memory care, or geriatric nursing

  • Knowledge of medication administration, treatment planning, assessments, and clinical documentation

  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

  • Previous experience supervising or coordinating nursing staff
