We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and relationship-focused Community Liaison Director to lead our community’s marketing and outreach efforts. This role is responsible for building strong professional relationships, generating new leads, conducting community tours, and helping the community achieve its monthly occupancy goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, local professionals, and community partners.

• Follow up with new leads promptly and help turn inquiries into tours and move-ins.

• Conduct engaging tours and provide prospective residents and families with information about the community.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM/lead database.

• Develop and maintain marketing materials, outreach plans, and community events.

• Conduct regular networking and community outreach visits — a minimum of 5 visits per week.

• Monitor the local senior living competitive landscape and maintain strong industry relationships.

• Collaborate with the Executive Director and management team on marketing and census-building strategies.

• Assist with the admissions process and ensure required paperwork is completed prior to move-in.

• Help train team members on marketing functions and tour procedures.

• Prepare and submit required marketing and census reports.

• Represent the community professionally at all times.
