Remodeling Technician / Construction Handyman

We are seeking an experienced Remodeling Technician / Construction Handyman to complete room renovations, repairs, and small improvement projects across our nursing home communities. The ideal candidate is skilled in multiple trades, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can independently manage projects from start to finish.

Remodeling Technician / Construction Handyman Qualifications:

• Experience in remodeling, construction, maintenance, or a similar role

• Skills in carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, fencing, minor plumbing, minor electrical work, and general repairs

• Ability to manage time, materials, and multiple projects effectively

• Ability to lift materials and perform physically demanding work

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between facilities
