About the Role:

As a Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing unit, including admitting, discharging, and transferring patients, as well as coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless care. You will also be responsible for:

• Leadership and Management: Direct and supervise a team of caregivers, developing and implementing effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and unit efficiency.

• Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop and implement plans to address them, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

• Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure optimal care.

• Patient Advocacy: Provide empathetic and compassionate care to patients and families, advocating for their needs and preferences.
