Licensed Dietitian Telehealth

Job Summary:

Homeside Rehab is seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Licensed Dietitian to provide telehealth nutrition services to patients throughout Florida.

This is a flexible telehealth position with no travel required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete nutritional assessments through telehealth

• Develop individualized nutrition and dietary plans based on patient needs

• Provide nutrition counseling and education to patients and caregivers

• Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed

• Communicate with other healthcare professionals regarding patient care

• Complete accurate and timely documentation

• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements

Job Qualifications:

• Active Florida Dietitian/Nutritionist License – required

• Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field

• Strong communication and patient education skills

• Comfortable providing services through telehealth

• Basic computer and electronic documentation skills

• Ability to work independently

• Previous clinical, home health, rehabilitation, or telehealth experience preferred
