Part-Time DSP

Kindly Direct Care is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity in Middlesex County 

About This Opportunity 

This can be a great fit for a college student, educator, human-services professional, caregiver, or someone looking for meaningful part-time work. Consistency matters: although the hours may be limited, the individual and family rely on the DSP to keep the agreed schedule. 

What You’ll Do 

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community. 

• Provide Support to a 36-year-old verbal individual with a mild intellectual disability. She enjoys going to the movies, gym, and library. She is high-functioning and benefits from a patient, dependable, and reliable DSP who can provide companionship and support during evening hours.

• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals. 

• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs. 

• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions. 

• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team. 

Qualifications 

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule. 

• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one. 

• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training. 

Schedule: Thursday & Friday evenings. 8 hrs. a week. (Flexible)
Pay: 19-21/hr.

Driving on shift: REQUIRED
