Carillon Oaks is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Director of Marketing to lead marketing, outreach, and business development efforts for Carillon Oaks at Lincoln and Carillon Oaks at Heflin.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced senior living sales and marketing professional to represent two assisted living communities, build meaningful relationships throughout the surrounding communities, and help families navigate one of the most important decisions they will make for their loved ones.

The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, highly personable, and comfortable being out in the community developing relationships. We are looking for someone who understands that successful senior living marketing isn't simply about generating leads — it's about building trust, developing strong referral partnerships, understanding families' needs, and ultimately driving sustainable census growth.

What You'll Do

As the Director of Marketing, you will oversee marketing and business development efforts for both Carillon Oaks at Lincoln and Carillon Oaks at Heflin.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to support census and occupancy growth across both assisted living communities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation providers, home health agencies, hospice organizations, senior organizations, churches, community groups, and other referral partners

• Establish and maintain a consistent presence throughout the Lincoln, Heflin, and surrounding markets

• Generate new leads and referral opportunities through community outreach, networking, events, and relationship development

• Serve as a knowledgeable and compassionate resource for prospective residents and their families

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and referral opportunities

• Conduct tours and effectively communicate the services, amenities, programs, and benefits offered by each community

• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective residents, families, and referral partners

• Develop creative outreach initiatives, community events, and partnerships to increase awareness of both Carillon Oaks communities

• Track leads, referrals, conversions, and marketing activity to identify opportunities for continued growth

• Monitor local market conditions, competitors, referral trends, and opportunities

• Collaborate closely with the Executive Directors and leadership teams at both communities

• Maintain strong communication between the Lincoln and Heflin locations to ensure marketing efforts remain coordinated and effective

• Represent Carillon Oaks professionally at networking events, community functions, healthcare events, and other outreach opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Previous senior living, assisted living, skilled nursing, healthcare, or related sales/marketing experience strongly preferred

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, admissions, or referral development

• Strong knowledge of the senior living and healthcare referral landscape

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and generate new business

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to independently manage outreach efforts across multiple locations

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Comfortable networking and developing relationships with healthcare professionals and community organizations

• Ability to travel regularly between Carillon Oaks at Lincoln, Carillon Oaks at Heflin, and surrounding referral markets

• A genuine passion for helping seniors and their families
