About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Health Caregiver to join our team. As a Home Health Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to our clients in their homes, assisting them with daily living activities, and promoting their overall well-being. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will make you an excellent fit for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and laundry
• Support clients with mobility and transfer needs, including wheelchair and bed transfers
• Perform light housekeeping and maintenance tasks
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

• Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Valid driver's license
• Completion of a criminal background check and health screening
