About the Role:

As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for providing direct care to our residents and patients, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and ambulating. Your expertise will enable you to work effectively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that promote optimal health, independence, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards of care and facility policies

• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to licensed nursing staff

• Work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and services
