Amada Senior Care Westborough is looking for a Full-Time Care Coordinator to join our in-office team!
As a key member of our team, the Care Coordinator serves as the dedicated point of contact for an assigned group of clients and their families. You'll take ownership of their schedules, caregiver relationships, and overall experience with Amada while working closely with our office team to ensure reliable, consistent care.
Home care experience is strongly preferred, but we provide training and support with our software, processes, and caregiver and client rosters.

Manage scheduling for an assigned group of clients, matching caregiver qualifications, availability, location, and client needs
Communicate new assignments, schedule updates, and changes with caregivers, clients, and families
Quickly identify and resolve scheduling challenges, including call-outs, no-shows, and last-minute coverage needs
Build strong relationships with your assigned clients and families and serve as a consistent point of contact
Support and develop an assigned group of caregivers through regular check-ins, coaching, communication, and advocacy for their schedules and growth
Maintain accurate, up-to-date schedules and client and caregiver information
Document calls, schedule changes, and client updates in our care management software on the same day
Communicate and collaborate with other members of the office team to ensure continuity of care
Prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple needs in a fast-paced environment
Participate in a remote backup on-call rotation for after-hours coverage; first-line after-hours calls are handled by our dedicated on-call team
Previous experience in home care operations, scheduling, care coordination, or a related field strongly preferred
Associate degree or higher preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems
Excellent telephone, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience communicating with clients or customers in a professional setting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to problem-solve and remain organized when priorities change
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional local travel within our service area
Ability to work in-office at our Westborough, MA location
Salary: Starting at $52,000 per year and up, commensurate with experience.
