• Full Time: 1st & 2nd Shift

  • $3,000 Sign on Bonus for Full Time!

• Part Time: 1st Shift

  • $1,500 Sign on Bonus for Part Time!

• Every Other Weekend: 1st Shift (RN ONLY)

• 8-Hour Shifts

• 65-Bed Facility

• MUST be licensed in Wisconsin

As an RN or LPN in our 65-bed community, you’ll play an essential role in promoting the health, comfort, and dignity of the residents we serve. You’ll work alongside a caring team that values respect, collaboration, and quality care.

What You’ll Do

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans

• Administer medications and complete treatments as ordered

• Supervise and support nursing assistants

• Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards

• Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being

What You Bring

• Current RN or LPN License – Wisconsin

• Medication administration and IV certification

• Working knowledge of state rules and regulations

• Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude

• Passion for improving the lives of residents
