Complete Care Management is seeking an experienced and results-driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility in the Monmouth County, NJ area.

What You’ll Do

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the facility’s daily operations

• Ensure high-quality clinical care and services are provided to residents

• Lead, motivate, and develop an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements

• Monitor key operational, clinical, financial, and quality metrics

• Drive census growth, occupancy, and overall facility performance

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, employees, and the surrounding community

• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions

• Partner with regional and corporate leadership to achieve organizational goals

• Recruit, retain, and develop strong department leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Current New Jersey Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required

• Previous leadership experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute care setting

• Strong understanding of nursing home operations, regulations, and survey processes

• Proven ability to lead and develop teams

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment

• Results-oriented leader with a strong commitment to quality and resident satisfaction

• Experience with census development, staffing, financial performance, and quality improvement preferred
