About the Role:

• Provide technical skills required of a Certified Nursing Assistant, including but not limited to:

  • Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Monitoring and reporting changes in a resident's condition to the nursing team

  • Maintaining resident confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines

  • Participating in care planning and implementing individualized care programs

• Relate positively and favorably to our residents and guests, promoting a warm and welcoming environment

• Work successfully in a team environment, communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors

• Demonstrate reliability, dedication, courtesy, and compassion in all interactions with residents, families, and colleagues

Requirements:

• ACTIVE CNA Certification

• 8-Hour & 16-Hour Shifts Available, ensuring flexibility and work-life balance

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
