Administrative Assistant

Must be Fluent in Hebrew

We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and personable individual to serve as an Admiditrative Assistant to the Principals. This vital role supports the daily operations of the school and acts as a liaison between the principal and various stakeholders including students, parents, and staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, excel in a fast-paced educational environment, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in service and execution.

Must be Fluent in Hebrew

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a direct support to the Principal in all administrative, organizational, and operational matters

• Communicate clearly and effectively with parents, students, and staff both verbally and through professional email correspondence

• Assist in coordinating and implementing curriculum and school-wide academic initiatives

• Manage school activities, scheduling, and event planning in collaboration with faculty and administration

• Maintain accurate records and handle paperwork related to student progress, staff matters, and school operations

• Help monitor and follow up on deadlines, tasks, and communications across departments

• Assist with data entry, filing, and documentation to ensure school records are complete and organized

• Handle sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality

• Take initiative in problem-solving and improving school processes
