Healthcare Social Media & Marketing Specialist

A large healthcare organization is seeking a creative, experienced social media and Marketing Specialist to strengthen our online presence and promote our healthcare services to targeted audiences and communities.

We're looking for someone who can develop and execute focused marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, support recruitment efforts, and connect individuals and families with the healthcare services they need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage social media and digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms

• Create engaging, professional content tailored to specific audiences

• Promote various healthcare services, programs, employment opportunities, and community initiatives

• Identify effective strategies for reaching different geographic, cultural, and professional groups

• Monitor campaign performance, engagement, and lead generation

• Recommend new marketing opportunities based on data and industry trends

• Maintain a consistent and professional brand image across all platforms

• Collaborate with leadership and department managers to support organizational growth goals

Qualifications:

• At least three years of hands-on experience working for a marketing company or agency in a similar role

• Demonstrated experience developing and managing successful social media and targeted marketing campaigns

• Strong content writing, communication, and creative skills

• Experience with healthcare marketing is strongly preferred

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and audiences simultaneously

• Knowledge of social media analytics, digital advertising, and lead-generation strategies

• Results-driven, organized, and able to work independently
