About the Role:

As a Part-time LPN at Ellen Memorial Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, you will provide high-quality patient care to our residents and patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes to medical staff
• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents and patients
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement effective care plans
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the State of Pennsylvania

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher in Nursing preferred

• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
