As a full-time Physical Therapist (PT), you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by delivering expert physiotherapy services across diverse settings, including inpatient hospital units, outpatient clinics, home health environments, and community care programs. Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions by conducting comprehensive evaluations of mobility, strength, and functional abilities

• Develop and implement tailored care plans that align with patients' goals and medical needs

• Perform therapeutic interventions such as trigger point therapy, orthopedics techniques, and geriatrics-focused exercises to promote recovery

• Manage discharge planning processes to ensure seamless transition from hospital or clinic to home or community settings

• Document patient progress accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and communicate updates with healthcare teams

• Provide specialized care for pediatric, geriatric, inpatient, outpatient, and home health populations

• Educate patients and caregivers on physiotherapy exercises, injury prevention strategies, and health maintenance practices

Requirements:

• Valid licensure as a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the relevant jurisdiction

• Proven experience in acute care, hospital environments, outpatient clinics, or home & community care settings

• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and orthopedic principles

• Demonstrated ability to develop effective care plans for diverse patient populations including pediatrics and geriatrics

• Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and patient management

• Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to treatment and education

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
