About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated LPNs to join our nursing team for full-time and part-time day and evening shifts. As an LPN at The Greenery Center, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to our residents, administering medications and treatments, monitoring resident conditions, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team members. You will also have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our residents and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes

• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
