Responsibilities

● Support menu planning by assisting with ingredient prep and portioning for daily service

● Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and rotation to minimize waste

● Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen operations

● Assist in catering events or special functions as needed, providing excellent food service to guests

Skills

● Proven experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is highly valued

Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations within the food industry or restaurant settings

● Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques

● Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures

● Experience with menu planning, food service, and catering is a plus

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
