Duties

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health histories to determine individual care needs.

Administer medications, injections, IV's, and other treatments following strict aseptic techniques and safety protocols.

Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as PCC to document patient information accurately and efficiently.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans, including discharge planning and case management.

Perform specialized procedures such as suturing, catheterization, dialysis management, and tube feeding with precision and adherence to clinical standards.
