Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health histories to determine individual care needs.

• Administer medications, injections, IV's, and other treatments following strict aseptic techniques and safety protocols.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as PCC to document patient information accurately and efficiently.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans, including discharge planning and case management.

• Perform specialized procedures such as suturing, catheterization, dialysis management, and tube feeding with precision and adherence to clinical standards.

• Manage acute pain and critical care situations
