Job Overview:
As a Physical Therapist, you'll play a vital role in restoring mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing the quality of life for diverse patient populations. You'll assess patient needs, develop personalized care plans, and implement evidence-based physiotherapy interventions across various settings. Your expertise will help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or manage chronic conditions, empowering them to regain independence and confidence.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical functions, including mobility, strength, flexibility, and pain levels.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with clinical best practices and patient goals.
• Administer a variety of physiotherapy treatments such as manual therapy, trigger point therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate discharge planning and ensure seamless continuity of care across inpatient, outpatient, home health, and community settings.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation adhering to healthcare standards and electronic health records (EHR) management protocols.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-care techniques, and rehabilitation exercises to promote long-term wellness.
• Assist in outpatient clinic operations by managing patient schedules, documenting progress notes, and ensuring compliance with clinical documentation standards.
