About the Position

Right at Home Columbus Metro is looking for a dependable, friendly, and organized Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our office team. This position is an important part of our day-to-day operations and is responsible for creating a welcoming experience for clients, caregivers, families, and visitors while providing general administrative support.

The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, comfortable answering a busy phone line, and able to manage multiple tasks throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner

• Greet clients, caregivers, families, and visitors

• Respond to general questions and direct calls or questions to the appropriate staff member

• Complete general office and administrative tasks

• Assist with filing, scanning, copying, faxing, and organizing documents

• Enter and maintain information accurately in company systems

• Assist with client and caregiver paperwork

• Prepare and organize forms and office materials

• Help maintain an organized and professional office environment

• Assist the office team with various projects and tasks as needed

• Maintain confidentiality when handling client, caregiver, and company information

Qualifications

• Previous administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office experience preferred

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Professional and friendly demeanor

• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

• Comfortable answering phones and assisting people in person

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally

• Dependable and punctual
